CNG & LNG Procurment

Liquefied natural gas (LNG) is odorless, colorless, non-toxic, non-corrosive and is lighter than air. To produce LNG, methane is chilled to about -260 degrees F, which transform it from a vapor to a liquid. By cooling methane into a liquid, it compresses its volume 600 times to make it more economical to store for later use or transport to locations off pipeline.

Renewable Natural Gas

Compressed natural gas (CNG) is the process of compressing methane, usually from a natural gas pipeline, to less than 1 percent of the volume it occupies at standard atmospheric pressure. It is stored at 3600 psi and used as a source of fuel for vehicles. CNG can also provide an alternative source of natural gas to locations needing service off pipeline.
